This Motorhome is 18 years old and has a few small dings as you would expect from a van of this age. Electric Windows, Cab window wind deflectors, DAB radio with auxiliary jack socket.

Rear Kitchen/Bathroom. Kitchen includes: 3-way fridge; 4 ring gas hob/grill and oven with a folding glass cover; Sink with a cover that increases the preparation work surface; Door mounted Bin.

Bathroom has a sink with a telescopic spray tap that doubles up as the shower head. There is a shower curtain that protects the wooden entrance door and the toilet that rotates for extra leg room.

There is a cupboard where the dining table folds up and is stored, there are 3 storage lockers above the dining area and there is the water heater and a little storage under the rear double dining chair which are belted. The water storage tank is located under the front dining bench chair behind the driver’s seat, there is also additional storage here.

The driver’s seat has a centre arm rest, the over-cab bed can be pushed forward to make more headroom when the driver gets up to enter the lounge. The passenger seat swivels around to give even more lounge seating, although this is perhaps unnecessary as the lounge sofa seats 3 very comfortably and the dining area seats 4.

The lounge sofa has a TV bracket fitted and there are 3 overhead storage lockers. The electric fuses are located under the sofa seat and there is more storage here.

Adjacent to the sofa is a cupboard with a work surface top and a storage cabinet above it with the TV aerial controls. You the come to the habitation door.

On the outside there is a manual step, there is a safety handle that can fold in front of the door for extra security. At the rear there is an aftermarket rear view camera and a 2 bike Fiamma Bike Rack. Also, there are the fridge vents and kitchen window. Along the driver’s side there is the Thetford Toilet Cassette Hatch and the Flush water tank filling point. Below the large dining room window is the water tank flush point. Above it is fresh water fill- up point. There is a water electric pump point beside the fill-up point. The front cab window has a wind deflector, above the cab door is the over-cab sleeping area window. Returning to the passenger side the diesel fuel filler is on the front wing. The cab window has a wind deflector. There is a Fiamma Awning. The gas bottle store has room for 2 x 6kg Gas bottles. There is an outside mains electric point and then the lockable electric Hook-up point above this is the large lounge window. Just before the steps discretely hidden is the Waste-Water tap.
