This charming 4 berth motorhome is an ideal entry level purchase at an affordable price. The current owners had purchased this in June 2022 as a dream for their retirement in Cyprus, however sadly sale is enforced as the import duties and taxes into Cyprus were unaffordable. It is ideal for touring holidays, on-site holidays, festival going, and off grid for short periods. The current owners enjoyed an autumn trip in 2022 from Aberdeen to Braemar, Blairgowrie, Scottish Borders, Yorkshire, Peterborough, Brighton and back to Aberdeen via Edinburgh and Braemar.

Engine service and MOT was carried out in June 2023, a new oven was installed in August, and a full habitation service was carried out in September.

Entry into the habitation area is at the rear. The master switch for lights etc. is low down on the left. On entering the home, the kitchen sink with mixer tap is on the right, with the fridge below the sink. Ahead of you on the right is the cassette toilet and shower cubicle with hand basin. Straight ahead is the main wardrobe/cupboard above the Truma gas space heater.

Turning to the left, there is the 4 ring gas hob, and oven with grill. In the centre of the van there is a bench seat on the left comfortably seating 2, and on the right a 4 seated dining area, which makes down into a double bed. The rear facing seats have seatbelts. There is an ample sized over cab double bed which can provide additional storage space. There are 3 overhead cupboards down either side, and underseat storage also.

Spotlights above the seats make for a cosy feeling in the evening, and there is a TV point and fold down shelf for TV behind the driver.

In the front cab the passenger seat can swivel round to face the living area. There are electric windows and mirrors, and radio.

Additional features include a solar panel; reversing camera; Wi-Fi; TV aerial; rear storage box (which could be removed to allow for a cycle rack); wind out awning.

Electric hook up with additional adaptor for home charging; water hose; chocks; place marker all included. Original manuals also come with the van.
