Conversion Story: Malerie began her life as a northern gas networks van, she was well looked after and later purchased by a young man at the beginning of lock down who decided to convert her into a campervan, his best mate owned a campervan conversion business near Oxford, so they worked alongside one another to give Malerie everything she needed to become the van she is today. After her conversion Malerie was put onto quirky campers to be sold and was purchased by myself in October 2022 after a long hunt and travel around the UK searching for vans, ending up at a few vineyards along the way. Malerie was the one I couldn’t get out of my mind; I knew she was the one for me the second I got home and mulled each van over. She hadn’t been lived in, everything was brand new and fresh, so I went for it. She has since been adapted and amended in a few ways to make sure we get the best out of her.
