Description of Beds: Ella’s sleeping arrangements are the large sofa which converts to a pull out super king size bed (180cm x 200cm) with black out curtains for the windows to keep the light out for a cosy night's sleep.

Description of Seating: There are 3 belted seats in the front cab, with a large day bed sofa in the living area. There are 2 camping chairs and a large camping table for sitting outside when the weather lets you!

Description of Electrical Setup: Ella has two 100W solar panels for off grid living, 240v input either for 3 pin camping sockets or household. USB charging for phones, and an inverter supplied for use with 240v appliances. An electric hook up is also available.

About the area: Ella is located in Poole in the beautifully picturesque Dorset. On the doorstep are the Purbecks, with the famous Durdle Door and Old Harry Rocks a stone's throw away. Further afield but an easy drive are the delights of the south-west - Devon and Cornwall.

Parking: If you drive to collect Ella, it may be possible to park your car in the driveway (please request at time of booking). Ella is located a 3 minute walk from the closest railway station, with direct links from London.

Cooking Equipment: There are two fixed gas hobs inside, and a front opening fridge. Ella has everything you could need to cook up a feast, including: 2 traditional tin camping mugs, 2 enamel bowls and plates, several other bowls for storage of food, cutlery for 4, 2 wine glasses, chopping board, kettle, large and small frying pan, large and small saucepan, colander, washing up bowl and a small dustpan and brush. There are cooking spoons, 1 sharp knife, tin opener, corkscrew/bottle opener. Coffee and tea are provided, as are the basic amenities - salt, pepper and oil for cooking.

Water and Sanitation: Ella has a 66L underslung tank which supplies fresh water via tap to the sink via a pump. There is a toilet to the rear of the van with a privacy curtain. An outdoor shower is supplied which runs from a USB rechargeable pump.

Audio Equipment: USB plug-in and bluetooth are both available so you can play your own music.

Type of Heating: Propex HS2000 2KW blown air heater runs off the same system as the hob for ease of use to keep you toasty warm!

Extra Information: Ella features a surf rack built into the ceiling, and there is storage space in the back for skis/snowboards. A drive away awning/tent is available on request.

Conversion Story: Ella began life as a humble builder's van (albeit one with air-con in the cab). She was bought after a long hunt, already lovingly converted.
