Description of Beds: The bed is a pull-out double bed capable of sleeping 2 tall adults with the possibility of one more underneath. Plenty of storage for bedding and possessions can be found under the cushion pads, one accessed from a chest-style lid and the other via 2 sliding doors.

Description of Seating: Zela is designed with a large corner sofa space to relax in, which faces the sliding door to maximise the view when you pull up to that perfect viewing location. The sofa is also easily able to accommodate four people for family get-togethers. Front seating includes seat belts for up to three adults.

Description of Electrical Setup:Spotlights and ceiling lights are fully dimmable and there are also fairy lights for the perfect romantic evening. Plenty of socket points, 12V cigarette style and USB, will support all your device charging needs. A 240v inverter outlet socket has been fitted on the side of the kitchen allowing you to run Blenders Etc. A 45L LG Alpicool high-efficiency 12v fridge/freezer has been installed capable of holding all your essentials.

About the area: Zela rests in Upton, in the heart of Dorset, close to a host of attractions and natural delights. The Purbeck hills and Jurassic coast make for the perfect canvas on which to paint your memories. Our personal favourites include Studland Bay, a natural beach with plenty of watersport activities, a place where we have swum with fish and the occasional seal while enjoying the beautiful sunrises. Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are less than 30 minutes away and are absolutely stunning to visit. You’ll never be stuck for a place to rest as there are a myriad of campsites in and around Dorset to choose from, we can provide you with our personal recommendations for camping and day trips when you get in touch with us.

Parking: We can offer parking for one car on our secluded driveway for one vehicle when you collect Zela. Please speak to us if you have any specific requirements.

Cooking Equipment:There is an ample amount of space for cooking and all other daily needs, including a black glass double hob and generously proportioned stainless sink. Zela is well equipped for cooking inside with a large frying pan/wok, saucepan, cooking utensils, chopping board, mandolin/grater/colander combination set, cutlery, sharp knives, 6 tumbler/wine glasses, 2 tea mugs. We also equip you with the basics including salt and pepper, coffee and tea bags. Dustpan and brushes as well as cleaning cloths for the kitchen are provided to keep Zela looking beautiful.

Water and Sanitation: She is both stylish and practical; opposite the sofa, you will find the water storage compartment capable of holding 50L of fresh water. Underneath the vehicle, you will find a 60L waste tank which can be emptied by the drainage tap on the rear skirt of the van. Equipment such as the sureflow water pump, sureflow filter and accumulator are found in the bottom of the sink cupboard. On the side of the kitchen cupboard is an outdoor shower fitting which enables you to wash from the back of the van. Instant hot water for showering is delivered by a compact combi boiler, which is stored away in the cupboard and is easily fitted to the rear door. There is also a compact chemical toilet at the bottom of the full-height cupboard for midnight emergencies.

Audio Equipment: A stereo Bluetooth speaker system in the rear of Zela will immerse you in your favourite sounds, whichever direction they choose to take you. The front stereo radio will take CDs, and a Bluetooth adaptor is provided to support streaming audio.

Type of Heating: She is a sanctuary, kept warm by an 8kW diesel heater which is super-fast to warm up your toes on a cold evening or for that adventurous trip away later in the year. The bulkhead separating the cab from living quarters has a small window with a fully insulated curtain, which when shut, keeps the warmth in and minimises condensation on the front windows.
