Description of Beds: Xenia sleeps 2 adults in the main bed however, with the available space you could easily install a travel cot or junior inflatable bed. The main bed is 179 cm long, 127 cm wide and the luxurious mattress is 15.3 cm thick making it really comfortable. The bed is slightly higher than normal beds which gives you extra space for more storage. The bed does run width ways in the van so please bear in mind it’s not a full bed length. The bed is solidly built and easily takes a combined weight of up to 250 kgs.

Description of Seating: Xenia can seat 3 people in the front belted seats, including the driver. If you want some socialising space, you could have four people comfortably in the back for socialising with dinner or drinks! Along with the Newly installed double seat that nicely accommodates two more!

Description of Electrical Setup: Xenia has a split charger, a 600w inverter and a solar panel to charge the leisure batteries, which can also be charged via the provided campsite electrical hookup. There are two plug sockets, one for the electrical campsite hook up and also one for the inverter hook up. The electrical hook up will also charge the leisure batteries. There are also 4 USB ports for charging phones and other devices.

About the area: Xenia is located in Eastbourne, East Sussex. Eastbourne is within the South Downs National Park, at the end (or start) of the 100 mile South Downs Way, which is an extremely popular route for walking and mountain biking. Eastbourne and its neighbouring villages are all areas of outstanding natural beauty and play host to landmarks such as Beachy Head and Beachy Head lighthouse, the Seven Sisters, a 17th century pier, Cuckmere Haven, and Eastbourne's very popular annual air show, 'Airbourne'. Located 2 hours from Dover and less than 1 hour from the city of Brighton there is no shortage of fun things to see and do.

Parking: There are no parking restrictions where Xenia is kept so you can leave your car in Xenia’s spot when you pick her up. There are numerous roads surrounding where Xenia is normally kept with plenty of space. If you come by train, Xenia's owners will be able to pick you up from the nearest train station (subject to owner availability).

Cooking Equipment: Xenia is equipped with all the kitchen equipment you need for cooking. This includes the built-in hob and pots and pans. As well as plates, bowls, a colander, cups, mugs, cutlery, knives, a cheese grater and all the small things you can think of to make your stay in Xenia easier. There is also a french press for brewing fresh cups! Xenia also has a stove-top toasting rack that you can use over the gas hob. For the clean ups, there’s a washing up bowl, small dustpan and brush along with a few essential cleaning products.

Water and Sanitation: There is an indoor cold water shower which has a 5m hose attached, allowing you to move the shower head to the outside. Perfect for washing off sandy toes and enjoying nature as you get clean! The attachment for the shower head is a suction cup that is on the wall next to the shower. You can use hot water from the kettle for washing up in the sink. There is a portable toilet in the shower room as an extra. The shower room curtain which can be pulled across for privacy. The water from the tap is drinkable and we frequently clean the water tanks to ensure the water is topped up with fresh, clean drinking water regularly. The water tanks are located underneath the van and hirers shouldn't have to worry about accessing the tanks unless hiring the van for a very long period.

Audio Equipment: There is a CD player and Bluetooth sound system in the front of the van which is operational when the van ignition is on. There is also an optional bluetooth speaker for use.

Type of Heating: The van comes with a Diesel heater which runs off the main fuel tank, to run it needs to be a quarter of a tank full at minimum. It is essential that the van is running before turning on the heater, due to the power consumption at startup. Once the heater has been running and heat can be felt coming through, the vans engine can then be turned off. (same procedure with all diesel heaters)

Xenia was brought as an ex-tyre delivery van and swiftly converted into a campervan, she was born up north in County Durham and migrated South

The owner has created a homely environment in which he lived in full-time for several months, the camper includes hard top wood work surfaces, ceramic sink, diesel heater, plenty of storage, a shower and many more such as a corner fridge.
