Conversion Story: Blencathra is the result of a long held dream by the owner who always imagined owning a van and travelling to far away places with her partner when retired. Once retired, plans were set in motion to find a professional converter who could provide the dream van and thanks to Quirky Campers, the owner found Brown Bird and Company. Having seen previous converted vans and loving their signature style Blencathra was created and she is a true head turner.
Blencathra was sourced by Laura and Jacqui in 2021 having recognised her potential right away and as full time van lifers and professional campervan converters they know what to look for. Laura and Jacqui know how important it is to maximise space making access to storage space and equipment as easy as possible. They have achieved this whilst ensuring Blencathra has space, maintaining an open feeling that is easy to move around in without squeezing past each other or making up beds everyday. Her owner has had the pleasure of using her for many adventures over the last year and wishes to share her to enable others to experience something very special.
